Pomia
♥ Coming soon on the App Store

Your next outing is one swipe away. The couple app that picks it, plans it, and keeps it.

Real places and events around you, dealt like a deck of cards. Other apps hand you a list of ideas and leave you to it. Pomia picks the one that fits the two of you tonight, gives it a date, and keeps it as a memory on your map once you have lived it.
Works entirely on your own too.

Act I

What fades away, without anyone noticing

Nobody argues. Nothing breaks. Things just get lost, one by one.

47
places saved

2 actually visited

Plans pile up in TikTok and Instagram favourites, then quietly die there.

The camera roll keeps the picture

It loses the day, the place, and what the two of you thought of it. Nobody ever opens it again.

things to say

“We don’t really talk any more”

No crisis. Just evenings where the day gives you nothing to tell, until it becomes a habit.

Act II

One place for the whole thing, from the idea to the memory.

Pomia is where the two of you decide what to do, plan it, live it, and keep it. Four moments that usually live in four different apps, and mostly nowhere at all.

1You decide 2You plan it 3You live it 4You keep it

Step one You decide

It picks your next outing. You just swipe.

Every other app hands you a list of date ideas and leaves you to it. Pomia deals you real places and events around you, one card at a time, and chooses which ones to show: restaurants, exhibitions, walks, concerts, flea markets. Swipe right to like, left to pass, up to plan it. The deck learns what the two of you love, and a card you pass never comes back.

  • It chooses for you, from what is actually open around you, not from a generic list
  • On the evening you hesitate, the map answers “What shall we do?” with the one plan closest to both of you
  • Five cards a day for free, thirty with your share

Measured on 120 simulated couples over a month, against 44% for cards drawn at random. We built the deck to be good at choosing, then checked that it was.

Step two You plan it

A card you keep becomes a date, a place, a plan.

Swipe up and the outing lands in your plans with its address, its distance and a deadline, on both phones at once. No “we should do that again” left hanging: it is in the calendar, and the next one shows on your Home screen. You can also paste a TikTok or Instagram link, and the app turns the video into plans with their places already found.

  • Plans sorted by month, with a shelf for the ones without a date yet
  • Birthdays and anniversaries come back every year on the same calendar
  • An event keeps its own last day as its deadline, so it never expires quietly
Step three You live it, and you keep it

The evening you lived becomes a polaroid, pinned where it happened.

A photo, a word from each of you, a rating out of five hearts. The plan you did turns into a memory in the same spot, and lands on the map at its exact place. The map becomes the album: your city fills up with the evenings you actually had, and you find them again by place rather than by scrolling.

  • Snapped on the fly from the Home screen, one tap, no menu
  • Both of you write your own word and your own rating on the same memory
  • Found again by place, by tag, or by pulling on the map
And then It gives them back to you

Relive: your own deck, dealt back to you.

A camera roll keeps the picture and loses the evening. Once you have a few memories, Relive deals you a small deck of your own, about twelve cards a day, chosen among the oldest and the best rated. You swipe them like the first time, you open one to read what the two of you wrote that night, and tomorrow the deck is different.

  • A new deck every day, the same for both of you, reshuffled at midnight
  • Tap a card to reread both your words, both your photos
  • Turn any memory into a story card, saved straight to your camera roll
Around it

And between two outings, everything that keeps you close.

None of this is the point of the app. All of it is there so the days in between are not empty.

Before “We don’t really talk any more”

One question a day, thirty seconds, years of small discoveries.

One of you asks, the other guesses. A flame counts the days you both kept it up, a sentence waits for your other half under the logo, and five sliders say how your day went. On your own, the question flips into “Would you rather…”.

Go on, try an answer.

Question of the day 21 days in a row

“What is my guilty pleasure?”

The word left yesterday “Thank you for Sunday. I am still thinking about it.”
The garden

A small pixel world where you run into each other.

Two characters that look like you, drawn in a minute. They stroll along the bottom of your Home screen, and they live in a garden with a house and mini games.

Time capsules

You bury a letter. It will not open before the date.

You each slip a long text and three photos into the garden. Nobody reads anything before the day, not even their own half.

Goals and the notebook

Running, saving, reading. And what the other one loves.

A target, a rhythm, a counter that goes all the way, and a trophy at the end. Plus a notebook of nine answers, for the day you have no idea what to give them.

A look inside

Care for a look inside?

Six corners of the app, sketched from life.

“Thank you for Sunday.”

Act III · the obstacle nobody mentions

You have nobody to convince before you start.

This is not a stripped down trial. On your own you swipe the deck and your plans get their date, your memories land on your map, the garden is yours, and the question of the day flips into “Would you rather…”.

The day there are two of you, all of that life follows you, kept private and invisible to the other until you open it.
Trust

What you live belongs to the two of you alone.

The model is simple: you pay for the app, nobody pays for your data.

Hosted in Europe

Your photos and your words stay on European servers, under GDPR.

Zero advertising, zero data brokers

No ads, nobody buying your data, not now and not later. We only count how the app is used, never what you put in it.

Deleted in one gesture

Deleting the account wipes the shared life for both of you and gives you back your private one. No questions.

In plain words

Pomia, in plain words

The facts, for anyone who wants them without the story.

What it is
A couple app for iPhone, and one place for the whole thing: it picks what the two of you do next, plans it, then keeps it as a memory on your map. Made by two people, for two.
Who it is for
Couples who want to do more together, and anyone on their own who wants to keep what they live. Everything works solo, and follows you the day you pair up.
What it costs
Free to start: five discoveries a day, and limits on photos, plans and capsules. A share, paid per person, lifts your own limits; two shares lift the couple’s. Monthly or yearly, cancel any time, and nothing is ever deleted.
Where it runs
iPhone first, on the App Store soon. Android later. Six languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, German and Italian, down to the widgets and notifications.
Where your data lives
On servers in Frankfurt, in the European Union. No advertising, no data brokers, no tracking. Only what you type or switch on is stored, and your account is deleted in one gesture.
Who makes it
Two people who use it every day. Write to contact@pomia.app, a real person answers.
